This cold climate wine bar and kitchen embraces Tasmania’s long held status as the gateway to Antarctica with a passion for everything coldhearted.
Enjoy our seasonal set menu or fresh bar plates featuring ethical produce from quality local growers, fishers and farmers.
Think native angasi oysters, a changing repertoire of handmade pasta, pristine seafood from the Southern Ocean and salumi from the berkel slicer. An interest in alpine food traditions like pickling, fermenting, smoking and curing drives our spirit of exploration.

Dive into some of the world's most revered and challenging cold climate terroir with an emphasis on low input, organic, biodynamic farming and natural techniques.

As the home of Süd Polaire spirits and Domaine Simha wine, we offer a range of coldhearted tasting experiences.
Sessions cater from 1 - 12 persons and include 5-6 tasting samples accompanied by notes and a cheese platter to share.

A top mixologist will show you how to tailor the perfect martini and its variations. Whether its shaken or stirred, super dry, dirty or with a twist, you will be mixing it like a pro in no time.
