Wine bar menu (a la carte) - walk in welcome

We offer dining reservations for our seasonal set menu ($130 per person).

Our wine bar menu is open for walk in clientele on a first come basis. 

Dietary requirements may be requested in the booking notes, please understand we cannot cater for vegan / dairy free or fodmap menus.

We open at 4pm, our booking system closes at 3pm each day however we can still accept reservations via telephone or walk-in.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS  

We operate contactless payments via eftpos or credit card only (1.5% fee). 

Please note a surcharge of 10% applies on sundays and public holidays.

TASTING EXPERIENCE & MARTINI MASTERCLASS BOOKINGS

Süd Polaire gin tasting experiences ($45pp) include five samples accompanied by notes and a cheese platter to share, available from 4-5pm saturday and sunday.  

Martini masterclasses ($150pp) include martini variations paired with snack plates, available 4-5pm sundays only.

Please book in advance and allow approximately 45 minutes for your experience. Cellar door sales, drinks and snacks are available for purchase in the wine bar afterwards.

Domaine Simha flights of three wines ($30pp) are available during operating hours on a walk in basis.

COVID-19 POLICY

We have a strong covid policy in place to protect your safety. 

If you are feeling unwell, awaiting test results or have been in contact with possible cases, please let us know and we will happily reschedule or cancel your reservation. You can view the further details of our covid and hygiene practices on our safety and privacy policy page in the footer.

We have a range of beautiful private rooms and semi-private areas for your social or corporate event.

We can accommodate small and large groups for cocktail parties, dinner, tastings and tailored experiences. 

We can also bring our Süd Polaire mobile bar and gin carts to your event or party.
