INSTITUT POLAIRE

WINE BAR & KITCHEN RESERVATIONS

Institut Polaire wine bar and kitchen reservations are available from 3-9pm wednesday to sunday.

Larger dinner bookings for ten or more people dine from our sharing table menu.

Seats at the bar are available for walk in clientele on a first come basis. Later sittings for drinks and cocktails do not require reservations.

Please note our booking system closes at 3pm when service begins each day, however we can still accept reservations via telephone or walkin.

TASTING EXPERIENCE & MARTINI MASTERCLASS BOOKINGS

Gin, wine and whisky tasting experiences ad martini masterclasses are available from 3-5pm saturday and sunday. 

Experience sessions cater for 1-12 persons and include five or six tasting samples accompanied by notes and a cheese platter to share. 

Martini masterclasses cater for 1-10 persons including bar snack plates.

Please allow approximately 45minutes for your experience. Cellar door sales, drinks and snacks are available for purchase in the wine bar afterwards.
